<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical gear plate with which machining time is shortened and low cost parts supply is realized, and to provide a press device for manufacturing the helical gear plate. <P>SOLUTION: The press device 1 for manufacturing a helical gear plate includes a helical punch part 40 for fixing a material so as to expose a peripheral surface of the material in which a helical gear is formed, a counter part 10 for fixing the material for a gear plate between itself and the helical punch part 40 when forming the tooth in the material for the gear plate, and a die part 20, having an oblique tooth forming part 21 on the inner circumferential surface side, for forming the helical gear by rotating along the side surface of the counter part 10 and, at the same time, by moving to the die clamping direction, to press the oblique tooth forming part 21 against the peripheral surface of the material for the gear plate held between the counter part 10 and the helical punch part 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
