<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device capable of solving such a problem that productivity is deteriorated and a cost increase occurs and the accuracy of sheet position control is impaired, and to provide an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A finisher control part controls the position of a sheet stopper 805 so that a position on a sheet bundle P to be stapled by a stapler 820 is previously shifted a shift amount (α) to the opposite face side to one face of the folded sheet bundle P to be guided by an upper side guide 814a for stapling processing. Thus, end processing can be applied in a state of keeping staples in their proper positions while actualizing such an inexpensive configuration that a conveyance passage for delivering the sheet bundle to be folded and conveyed from a first folding roller pair 810 to a fold pressing unit is curved to suppress an increase in the width of the device.
