摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mix for allergen-free breadmaking, which is mixed with sprouted brown rice flour. <P>SOLUTION: The sprouted brown rice mix flour includes 100 pts.wt. of sprouted brown rice flour and &le;1 pt.wt. of glucomannan or konjac powder. An extract of tuberous root of konjac is glucomannan. The sprouted brown rice mix flour does not contain wheat flour, egg and milk.
