PURPOSE: A flow measuring system is provided to enable stable installation even in a place with strong flow of fluid by employing a fixing unit capable of reducing the influence of disturbing factors. CONSTITUTION: A flow measuring system(100) comprises a main body(110) which is floated on the water by buoyancy, a fluid flow measuring unit(120) which is located on the underside of the main body to measure information about fluid flow, a fixing unit(130) which is connected to the main body to fix the main body, and a connecting unit(140) which connects the main body and the fluid flow measuring unit.
