PURPOSE: A composition containing stem cell culture liquid is provided to effectively treat emphysema, chronic occlusive disease and pulmonary hypertension. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating lung diseases contains stem cells culture liquid. The stem cell culture liquid is prepared by sub-culture of mesenchymal stem cells in a serum-free medium, DMEM. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from bone marrow. The composition is manufactured in an injection or inhalation. The lung diseases include chronic obstructive lung disease or pulmonary hypertension.
