<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package sheet, a bag and a container for preserving vegetables/fruits and a method of preserving the vegetables/fruits, for keeping moisture of the vegetables/fruits and increasing the effect of keeping freshness of the vegetables/fruits. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of water permeation holes 12 are provided to the surface of a base material sheet 11 made of resin, a water retention agent comprising trehalose 13 is applied to the inner surface side of the base material sheet 11 by the ratio of 0.2 to 0.6 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and an antibacterial agent comprising proanthocyanidin 14 is applied to the outer surface side of the base material sheet 11 by the ratio of 0.2 to 30 mg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>.
