<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating roller that allows to easily insert a roller body integrating other component parts into a cylindrical member on the perimeter of a heating roller, and that ensures the smoothness of the peripheral surface of a cylindrical member. <P>SOLUTION: On the external side in the radial direction of a cylindrical base material 1a, a cylindrical heat insulating layer 4a, a cylindrical non-air-permeable layer 6a, a cylindrical exothermic layer 3a, a cylindrical insulating layer 4a, and a seamless outer pipe 7a are laminated in this order. The non-air-permeable layer 6a, the exothermic layer 3a, and the insulating layer 4a are pressed on the inner circumference of the outer pipe 7a by the resiliency of the heat insulating layer 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
