PURPOSE: A lighting protection carbon ground bar is provided to improve the availability of installation by executing weight lightening about a discharging plate. CONSTITUTION: A carbon rod(30) is fixed to a center rod(20). The carbon rod includes an unevenness surface(35) at an outer circumference in order to reduce weights and carbon materials. A discharging plate(40) rapidly discharges power to both sides of the carbon rod. The discharging plate includes a fastening hole(46) corresponding to the penetration of the carbon rod. The discharging plate maintains the connection state with the carbon rod using a bolt(22) and a nut.
