<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device including a spline inner cylinder with uniform thickness and preventing relative rotation between the spline inner cylinder and a member with the spline inner cylinder mounted thereon, and an electromagnetic shock absorber including the linear guide device, to enhance strength with respect to lateral force. <P>SOLUTION: The linear guide device 7 includes a spline outer cylinder 31, a spline inner cylinder 32, and balls 33 arranged between the spline outer cylinder 31 and the spline inner cylinder 32. The spline inner cylinder 32 is held between an annular step part 34 of a holder 5 and an outward flange 41 provided in a male screw member 38. A through key hole 42 is formed on the holder 5. A through key hole 43 smaller than the through key hole 42 is formed on the spline inner cylinder 32. Relative rotation between the spline inner cylinder 32 and the holder 5 is prevented by a key 44 composed of an inner portion 44a to be fitted to the key hole 42 of the holder 5 and an outer portion 44b smaller than the inner portion 44a and fitted to the key hole 43 of the spline inner cylinder 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
