PHOTOELECTRODE, PREPARING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL HAVING THE SAME

<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method a photo-electrode and a dye-sensitized solar cell including the photo-electrode are provided to easily manufacture the photo-electrode which includes a porous transition metal oxide layer in a short time using 3D optical interference lithography and a polymer colloid self assembly method. CONSTITUTION: A photo-resist layer is formed on a top of a conductive transparent substrate. A 3D porosity photo-resist pattern is formed on the photo-resist layer using optical interference lithography. A polymer colloidal self assembly is formed by inserting a polymer colloidal particle in a hole of the 3D porosity photo-resist pattern. A transition metal oxide precursor is inserted within the 3D porosity photo-resist pattern. A 3D porous transition metal oxide layer which includes a porous transition metal oxide sphere structure is formed by a heating plasticity process.</p>
