APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MEASURING SUBWAY CONGESTION DEGREE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a subway congestion degree in a mobile communication network are provided to be realized at a low cost by using measuring technique of a mobile communication network. CONSTITUTION: A data extracting unit(330) distinguishes and extracts the quality measuring report message of a database per subway station based on the round trip delay time of a mapping table of a storing unit and base station identification information. A congestion measuring unit(360) counts the terminal identification information of each quality measuring report message which is extracted per subway station. The congestion measuring unit checks the number of users who is located in each subway station. The subway station measuring unit measures congestion per subway station based on the number of users.
