PURPOSE: A cartridge unit for water treatment is provided to improve the reliability of mixing water by floatation-rotating a filter cartridge and constantly maintaining the mixing concentration between materials filled in the filter cartridge and treating water. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge unit for water treatment includes a filter housing(110), a cartridge(120), a cap(130), and a repulsion unit(140). The inlet(111) and the outlet(112) of treating water are formed at the filter housing. Materials are filled in the cartridge. The cartridge is arranged in the filtering housing. A through hole(121) is formed at one side of the cartridge. A cap is fixed at the inlet of the filter housing. The cap is in selective connection with the through hole of the cartridge. The cartridge floats in the filtering housing based on the water pressure of the treating water when the treating water is introduced.
