STATOR WITH STRESS RELIEF PORTION AND COMPRESSOR WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: A stator with a stress relief portion and a compressor including the same are provided to maximally alleviate the stress delivered to a stator by minimizing damage to the amount of the interlink magnetic flux linkage of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A drive motor is arranged in the upper of the internal space of casing. A compression device part compresses a refrigerant at the lower of the internal space of the casing. A first bearing and a second bearing, which support a crank shaft, are respectively arranged in the lower and the upper of the drive motor. The drive motor is composed a stator(210) which is fixed to the inner circumference of the casing, and a rotor which is arranged to be rotatable in the stator, and a crank shaft which transfers the torque of the drive motor to the compression device part. The outer end of a plurality of teeth(212) in the stator is connected to a yoke part(214). A plurality of contact parts(216) is formed in the outer circumference part of the yoke part. A through hole(218) and a slit(219) are formed around the central line of the contact part in the both sides.
