PURPOSE: A recuperator for a heating furnace is provided to prevent the oxidization of a tube even in case of inflow of high-temperature combustion gas by employing a fireproof portion in the tube. CONSTITUTION: A recuperator for a heating furnace comprises a housing, a bottom plate, a top plate, and a tube(24). The housing is communicated with a furnace and receives combustion gas from the furnace. The bottom plate closes the lower opening of the housing and has a bottom hole. The top plate closes the upper opening of the housing and has a top hole. The tube, which is located inside the housing, comprises a flow tube(24a) connected to the top and bottom holes to discharge the air flowing in through the bottom hole to the top hole and a fireproof portion(24b) covering the exterior of the flow tube. The air passing through tube is heated by heat exchange with combustion gas. |
