<p>PURPOSE: A coil-break reducing hot-rolled steel plate through improvement of cooling and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance surface quality by decreasing coil break by reducing the stretching level of a yield point by rapidly cooling to a room temperature after winding a hot-rolled steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a coil-break reducing hot-rolled steel plate through improvement of cooling comprises next steps. A steel slab is re-heated(ST100). A steel plate by hot rolling the reheated steel is formed(ST200). The hot-rolled steel plate is cooled and wound(ST300). The wound steel plate is water-cooled to a room temperature(ST400). The steel slab comprises carbon of 0.02~0.06 weight%, silicon of 0.03 or less weight%, manganese of 0.10~0.30 weight%, phosphorus of 0.02 or less weight%, sulfur of 0.02 or less weight%, aluminum of 0.01~0.06 weight%, nitrogen of 0.008 or less weight%, Fe and other inevitable impurities.</p> |
