摘要 <p>In a vehicle lighting device capable of detecting a disconnection and a short-circuit, a disconnection abnormality and a short-circuit abnormality can be accurately determined by detecting a current value even when a power supply voltage for driving an LED lighting device fluctuates. A vehicle LED lighting device is equipped with a drive control means (51) for controlling driving of LED lighting devices (20, 30) mounted on a vehicle and the drive control means (51) is equipped with an abnormality detection means (60) for detecting a disconnection or short-circuit abnormality of the LED lighting devices (20, 30). In the vehicle LED lighting device, the abnormality detection means (60) comprises: a current detection unit (61) for, when the LED lighting devices (20, 30) are driven by the drive control means (51), detecting the values of currents flowing through the LED lighting devices (20, 30); a comparison unit (62) for comparing the current values detected by the current detection unit (61) with a predetermined abnormality discrimination value; and a discrimination value replacing unit (63) for replacing the abnormality discrimination value according to the fluctuation of a power supply voltage of the vehicle. The presence or absence of a disconnection or short-circuit abnormality is determined based on the abnormality discrimination value replaced by the discrimination value replacing unit (63) and the detected current values.</p>
