PURPOSE: A cooling device for the multi-layer welding work of a rear plate having a temperature control function is provided to prevent product defects by preventing a cooled rear plate from being damaged or deteriorated. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for the multi-layer welding work of a rear plate having a temperature control function comprises a cooling nozzle(100), a direction changing unit, a lifting unit(300), and a support body(400). The cooling nozzle cools a rear plate by supplying air to the surrounding of welding beads(50). The direction changing unit is extended from the cooling nozzle and changes the direction of the cooling nozzle. The lifting unit is connected to the direction changing unit and lifts the direction changing unit. The support body supports the lifting unit and supplies air to the cooling nozzle.
