USB DAQ MODULE AND OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR ROTATING DEVICE SINGULAR SIGNAL ANALYSIS

PURPOSE: A USB(Universal Serial Bus) DAQ(Data Acquisition) module and a method for optimizing the same are provided to effectively analyze and record an abnormal phenomenon which is generated in a rotating object. CONSTITUTION: Channels are connected to IEPE(Integrated Electronics Piezo Electric) sensors(110-1~110-5). A CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)(170) independently offers analog voltage input about the channels. A DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(180) stores physical quantity information which is transformed to digital data inputted from the channels to a buffer memory(182).
