ENRICHMENT FOR ANIMAL-LIVEFOOD AND THEIR CULTURING METHOD BY THE ENRICHMENT

PURPOSE: A nutrition enriching agent for animal plankton, and a culturing method of the animal plankton using thereof are provided to stably produce the animal plankton having an improved antioxidant effect in the high density. CONSTITUTION: A nutrition enriching agent for animal plankton contains 50-70wt% of squid liver oil, 1-8wt% of emulsifier, 1-5wt% of emulsion stabilizer, 5-15wt% of microalgae extract, and 15-35wt% of water. The emulsion stabilizer contains beta-cyclodextrin and Na-caseinate in a weight ratio of 1:0.5-1. The microalgae extract and the emulsion stabilizer are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1-2. The microalgae extract is obtained by ethanol extracint and hot-water extracting chlorella elliposidea. The animal plankton is rotifer or altemia.
