PURPOSE: A portable dust collector in both wet and dry modes for tunnel construction is provided to stably maintain the filtering performance of an air purifier and overcome the difficulty of an aggregate stacking operation. CONSTITUTION: A portable dust collector(100) includes a plurality of air purifiers(120) and a water distributor(130). The air purifiers are installed in a container(110) and separate dust of air at a tunnel blasting point based on suction force generated from the blowing fan(142) of a blower(140). The air purifiers supply purified air to the blasting point. A metal mesh filter(123) forms the filtering materials for the air purifiers. The water distributor distributes water to the surface of the metal mesh filter in order to regenerate the air purifiers.
