PURPOSE: A virtual private communication system and method thereof with a processing function for the same subscriber address are provided to distinguish a first and second terminal to transmit data by using a source IP of responding data which is a target IP(Internet Protocol) address of data received from a first and second terminal. CONSTITUTION: A control device(10) is respectively connected to a first and second terminal with a first and second interface. A service providing server(20) is respectively connected to the control device through a first and second virtual LAN corresponding to the first and second interface. The service providing server receives data from the control device through the first and second virtual LAN. The service providing server is connected to the control device with a third LAN to transmit responding data about the received data to the control device.
