PURPOSE: An enhanced touch pad, a manufacturing apparatus thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a touch enhancement effect using the thin plate of a silicon material. CONSTITUTION: A convex part(11) is formed in a columnar edge on the lower part of a top silicon thin film(2). A concave part(12) is formed in the columnar edge on the upper side of a lower part silicon thin film(3). The lower part silicon thin film is combined with the top silicon thin film. A lubricant(4) is accepted to a gap between the lower silicon thin film and the top silicon thin film. The convex part is combined with the concave part with an adhesive(13).
