COVER ASSEMBLY METHOD OF ALTERNATER FOR VECHICLE

PURPOSE: A method for assembling a cover of an ac generator for a vehicle is provided to eliminate an insulator process for supporting a stud head part, thereby directly coupling a heat emitting plate with the cover of the heat emitting plate. CONSTITUTION: A rear part(100) of a vehicle rectifier includes a first stud(130), a second stud(110), a rear cover(120) of a rectifier of an AC generator, and a heat emitting plate(140). The heat emitting plate includes a through hole(150) which directly contacts the studs. The through hole is formed in a reverse groove shape. The heat emitting plate cools heat generated from the rectifier of the AC generator. The rear cover is installed in a housing fixed to the rectifier. The rear cover protects internal components which are located in a rear part. The first stud is inserted into the through hole.
