The guard (1) has a dual-component film (2) corrugated with polyethylene or aluminum, where the guard is made of a flexible material to utilize the curve of the joint and/or covering elements resting on one or other walls forming the joint. The film is obtained by continuous colamination of an aluminum film (4) on a polyethylene film (3). The aluminum film is made of annealed aluminum. An adhesive material band (7) on a longitudinal edge (6) allows fixing of the edge of the head guard on a support. An independent claim is also included for a seal packing for a joint between two mural walls and/or of roof of a construction, comprising a fixing element.
