The system has blocks (1) e.g. rocks and/or shaped bricks, distributed around a fluid discharge portion (3), and a filling mass (8) i.e. underwater concrete, partially provided in a hollow space (2) between the blocks. A corset is provided above the blocks and at underwater floor (4) in a closed manner. The corset is made of concrete steel, and the blocks comprise minimum thickness of 2 m. A block cluster (5) formed by the blocks comprises minimum height of 10 m above the fluid discharge position. The filling mass is penetrated into the space of the block cluster. An independent claim is also included for a method for preventing fluid leakages i.e. oil leakages, at underwater floor.
