The present invention relates to a protection circuit for controlling the illumination intensity of an LED lamp, and more particularly, to a constant power protection circuit of an LED lamp for maintaining driving power, which varies with the power supplied to an LED lamp consisting of LED modules, as optimum constant power required for controlling illumination intensity of the LED and for always keeping the power supplied to the LED lamp as DC power. To this end, the protection circuit according to the present invention comprises: an input power filtering unit consisting of a fuse which is a power protection device, and an inductor which is a power noise filter; a rectifying unit; a constant current generation unit; and a driving power output unit.
