本发明公开了一款户外多电梯多层走廊高层楼型,其中,走廊设在户外并与户墙有一定距离,每户都通风良好,双面观景,向阳宜晒和遮阴避阳,居住舒适。走廊左右连接各步梯中段平台、各电梯。一栋楼设两单元及以上者,每单元只需设一部步梯和一部电梯,可省去消防电梯,同时方便各楼层各单元之间的交友与往来。多电梯设在走廊的两端和两侧,分段使用和每两层楼设一层走廊与电梯出入口,极大的提高了上下楼的速度和效率,可将楼高从目前的三十层提高到五十层,甚至更高。投资省、运行费用低,上下楼方便快捷。
