<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method of manufacturing a solar cell for forming an electrode by using a conductive paste comprising Ag and realizes ohmic contact even in low temperature baking. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the solar cell, an electrode is formed on a p-type conductive layer by using a conductive paste which comprises silver powder, an organic vehicle, glass frit and at least one kind selected among boron powder, an inorganic boron compound, and an organic boron compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
