<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device adaptable to a secular change and different equipment for reliably restoring an intermediate plate into a neutral position. <P>SOLUTION: The brake device comprises a plurality of brake discs 1, 2 movably mounted on a rotating shaft in the axial direction, and releasing springs 11, 12 compressed and held between an armature 5 and each of the intermediate plate 3 and an end plate 4. Herein, as adjusting means for adjusting the spring force of the releasing springs 11, 12, there are provided a through-hole 13 formed in the intermediate plate 3, a pin 14 fitted into the through-hole 13 and having a thread formed on the outer periphery, and lock nuts 15, 16 to be threaded to the thread. The lock nuts 14, 15 are turned for adjusting the spring force of the releasing springs 11, 12 to restore the intermediate plate 3 into the neutral position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
