PURPOSE: A tower silo construction method is provided to easily install the ceiling frame of a tower silo while stably supporting the load of the ceiling frame. CONSTITUTION: A tower silo construction method comprises steps of: manufacturing a ceiling frame(11), forming a foundation support wall(202) having a foundation support plane thicker than a silo wall, installing a panel support(30) to be supported on the foundation support wall, coupling a form panel to the panel support to form a silo wall form having a space corresponding to the transverse section of the silo wall, fixing the ceiling frame to the panel support, forming a silo wall on the right side of the foundation support plane, fixing the ceiling frame to the silo wall, separating the panel support from the ceiling frame, and separating the silo wall form from the panel support.
