PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing high density microalgae and high concentrate fat soluble materials is provided. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing high density microalgae and high concentrate fat soluble materials comprises: a culture tub(10) for culturing microalgae containing fat soluble materials; a solvent tub(20) for storing extraction solvent dissolving the fat soluble materials; a mixture tank(30) for mixing the culture liquid of microalgae and the solvent; a fraction tank(40) which separates the mixture into fat soluble material-solvent and microalgae; a microalgae-circulation line(50) for circulating the microalgae to the culture tub; a solvent-circulation line(60) for circulating the fractioned fat soluble material-solvent; and a microalgae-containing device(70) for containing or treating the microalgae.
