PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to improve electrical characteristic, charge transfer ability, and light-emitting ability. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device comprises heterocyclic compound in the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1-R9 is respectively and independently hydrogen, deuterium, C1-50 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, C3-50 substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, C1-50 substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, C5-50 substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group, C5-50 substituted or unsubstituted arylthiol group, C5-60 substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, C5-60 amino group substituted by aryl group, C4-60 substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, C6-60 substituted or unsubstituted condensed multi-ring group, halogen atom, cyano group, nitro group, hydroxy group or carboxyl group. R1-R9 can form aromatic ring by combining with neighbor substituent.
