FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tire curer that may load, cure and cool tires at pressure. Proposed device cures raw tire in mould vulcaniser made up of top and bottom parts while cured tire is withdrawn after cooling at pressure. Curer has loading zone wherein raw tire is fed from initial zone, curing zone, and zone of cooling at pressure. Note here that curer comprises frame with rails, carriage to reciprocate from loading zone to that of cooling under pressure. Said mould vulcaniser top part moves up and down in curing zone while bottom part is arranged on said moving carriage. It incorporates also device for cooling under pressure and tire handling device secured to said moving carriage to receive cured tire in curing zone, to transfer it into cooling zone and to fit it on device for cooling under pressure. Besides, it comprises raw tire transfer drive comprising raw tire gripper that may move up and down. Note here that said gripper is attached to the frame by lever that turns in horizontal plane between initial zone and loading zone. Note here that said gripper may move from initial zone into loading zone on turning said lever in horizontal plane, downing in loading zone and displacing raw tire into mould bottom section.
