FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: rod shell is placed in a forming tool to give outer geometry to a shaped forming rod. Then the rod shell is filled with a filler with vacuum fixation, at the same time vacuum is pulled in the rod shell, and further vacuum fixation of the filler is carried out to shape the forming rod. Afterwards the shaped forming rod is placed on a basic part that comprises stocks of composite material reinforced with fibres. At the same time at least one stock reinforced with fibres is at least partially laid on the shaped forming rod to give shape to the manufactured structural component from a composite material reinforced with fibres. Then a binding material is introduced into stocks reinforced with fibres and including the forming rod, and is at least partially hardened. ^ EFFECT: reduced costs in manufacturing of a structural component, reduced weight. ^ 18 cl, 7 dwg |
