摘要 PURPOSE: A photovoltaic module strength measuring apparatus using a universal tester is provided to enable measurement under various load conditions by changing a load cell for load measurement and free control of distance between supports for four-point support of a photovoltaic module. CONSTITUTION: A photovoltaic module strength measuring apparatus comprises an upper jig(5), a lower jig(6), a displacement measuring unit(7), and a load cell. The upper jig is installed under an upper ram(3), which is fixed to a support stand(2) installed on the upper side of a universal tester body(1). The upper jig has side slots(52) for varying the position of an upper support(51) supporting a photovoltaic module(9), a hole for bolting to the upper ram, a scale(54) which is formed on the upper surface in which the slots are located, an indicator part(55) which is installed in the upper surface to point the scale, screw rods which are respectively inserted in the slots, a motor(57) which is coupled with the screw rods and transmits a drive force, and a spiral groove which is formed in the upper support and coupled with the screw rods. The lower jig is installed above a lower ram(4) which is installed to move up and down on the support stand. The lower jig gas side slots(64) for varying the position of a lower support(61) supporting the photovoltaic module, a hole which a guide installed on a base plate passes through, a linear bush in which the guide of the base plate is inserted, a scale(65) which is formed on the upper surface in which the slots are located, an indicator part(66) which is installed in the lower support to point the scale, screw rods(67) which are respectively inserted in the slots, a motor(68) which is coupled with the screw rods and transmits a drive force, and a spiral groove(69) which is formed in the lower support and coupled with the screw rods. The displacement measuring unit is fixed to one side of the lower ram and moved along with the up and down motion of the lower ram. The load cell is removably installed in the base plate located under the lower jig.
