<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for generating test study data whereby a user can confirm whether or not the user memorizes a keyword because the keyword is not seen without the need for concealing the keyword by a check sheet and further the user can accurately memorize the keyword. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a data acquisition means for acquiring image data of an original; an erasure region recognition means for recognizing a region of the original displayed in colors representing an answer such as the keyword on the basis of the acquired image data; an erasure means for applying erasure processing for erasing characters in the recognized region to the acquired image data; and an output means for outputting a copy of the original and a printed matter of the image data subjected to the erasure processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
