The case (1) has an envelope part (2) made of flexible material and provided with an overall tubular part for storing a waistcoat. The envelope part comprises passage openings (4, 5) that are located at an end of the tubular part. A snap ring is arranged in the opening, where a surface of the opening is lower than a surface of a cross section of the tubular part. A connection unit (7) connects a support to a traveling vehicle. The strap of the envelope part comprising a fixing unit i.e. Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener).
