<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high frequency module which obtains sufficient attenuation in a wide frequency band outside of a pass band. <P>SOLUTION: A triplexer 13 is combination of an LPF 311, a BPF 312 and HPFs 313 and 314, and outputs from each individual terminal a first communication signal, a second communication signal and a third communication signal, which are input from a common terminal Pcr and have different frequency bands, by demultiplexing. Each individual terminal 2 of the triplexer 13 is connected to a balun 321, 322 and 323 respectively. Each balun 321, 322 and 323 is formed such that a pass band of each balun 321, 322 and 323 overlaps a frequency band of the communication signal and a pass band of the triplexer 13, and attenuation at a frequency of attenuation pole of the triplexer 13 becomes -3 dB or more.
