<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of a one-piece cutting device for holding round bar shaped workpieces at a predetermined pitch, which is configured inexpensively, reliably keeps the quality of the workpieces while conveying the workpieces, and is hardly affected by the shape of the workpieces. <P>SOLUTION: The one-piece cutting device includes roller stoppers 21, 21, etc. comprising a plurality of round bar members arranged above the workpieces W, W, etc. and facing toward the conveyance direction of the workpieces W, W, etc. The roller stoppers 21, 21, etc. have rotational axis centers G2 arranged in parallel with an axis G1 that is the position of the center of gravity for each roller stopper 21. The roller stoppers 21, 21, etc. are disposed movable in the longitudinal direction and in the vertical direction with respect to the each workpiece W in such a posture that the rotational axis centers G2 and the axial centers of the workpieces W become parallel, and also are arranged to abut on upper ends of the workpieces W.
