<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-panel display device and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A flat-panel display device comprises: a gate line, a data line and a common electrode line which intersect alternatingly to define a pixel region; a thin film transistor which is formed at an intersection of the gate line with the data line and is equipped with a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode; and a storage capacitor which is formed at an intersection of the common electrode line with the extended drain electrode and is equipped with a first storage electrode, a second storage electrode and a third storage electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
