<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel which prevents a display defect caused by variations in the amount of particles arranged. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an information display panel, which comprises a particle group functioning as a display medium arranged in a cell formed by partition walls between two substrates at least one of which is transparent and moves the particle group to display information, comprises: a screen arrangement step to arrange a screen on the partition walls when arranging the particle group in the cell; a particle placing step to place the particle group on the screen; and a particle arrangement step to arrange the particle group in the cell by allowing a particle moving member, which has a brush-like part for contact with the screen, to be moved on the screen pressed against the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
