<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect increase of delay on a WAN, LAN devices in a data center, a VMM of a server and a virtual machine on the VMM and to swiftly identify the cause of the increase of delay. <P>SOLUTION: After receiving a delay notice from a network system, a performance deterioration cause identifier which is connected to a server computer having a network system and a virtual machine identifies a virtual machine and a server computer in which the delay increased by referring to monitoring conditions of communications to be monitored and communication flow information in which relationship between the server computer and the virtual machine is preset; extracts other virtual machine which shares computer resources with the virtual machine in which the delay increased by referring to shared resource information identifying the resources of the server computer shared among the virtual machines; obtains performance information on physical computer resources and performance information on virtual computer resources with respect to the extracted virtual machine and the server computer and the virtual machine in which the delay increased and the server computer; and identifies the location where the delay increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
