<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write a display signal of a desired voltage level in each display pixel constituting a display device in relatively short time while reducing the number of signal lines. <P>SOLUTION: Display pixels Green1, Red1 and Blue1 are placed so as to correspond to intersections of scanning lines Gate1, Gate2 and signal lines SG1, SG2. The display pixel Green1 is connected to the signal line SG1 through a TFT1a (thin film transistor). The display pixel Red1 is connected to a signal line SR1 through a TFT4a. The display pixel Blue1 is connected to the display pixel Green1 through a TFT2a as well as to the display pixel Red2 through a TFT3a. Scanning signals from the scanning lines Gate1, Gate2 are controlled so as to write an appropriate gradation signal in the display pixels Green1, Blue1 and Red1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
