<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lyophilized protein formulation which is stable in storage and transportation. <P>SOLUTION: Although the invention is based on the finding that a stable lyophilized protein formulation can be prepared by using a lyoprotectant (preferably a sugar, such as sucrose or trehalose), the lyophilized formulation can be reconstituted to generate a stable reconstituted formulation having significantly higher protein concentration than that in a pre-lyophilized formulation (for example, about 2-40 times higher, preferably 3-10 times higher, and most preferably 3-6 times higher). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
