<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an optimum option item for each elevator depending on situations of the utilization and installation of the elevator. <P>SOLUTION: A predetermined signal necessary for the detection of the situations of the utilization and installation of the elevator is recorded in a signal recording part 2. An option determining part 5 determines whether a predetermined proposal condition is established, according to the signal recorded in the signal recording part 2. When the proposal condition is established, the option item corresponding to the established proposal condition is selected as an item to be proposed to an elevator owner part.
