<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing generation of accumulated air at a tube opening even when it is filled with a content in a state in which a cap member is fitted to the tube opening of a tube container. <P>SOLUTION: A tubed product manufacturing method includes a first filling step and a second filling step. In the first filling step, at least a second filling nozzle is inserted into the tube from an open end formed in the opposite side of the tube opening in a tube body with respect to a tube container engaged with a cap member, and the content is discharged to the tube opening from a second discharge hole thereof. In the second filling step, the content is discharged to the tube body from a first discharge hole in a state in which the first discharge hole of a first filling nozzle, inserted into the tube container from the open end of the tube body after the first filling step, is disposed in the tube body. The first filling nozzle has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the tube opening, and the second filling nozzle has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tube opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
