PURPOSE: A sliding and a tilting hinge device are provided to offer the convenience to a user in using the same. CONSTITUTION: An one end of a first link member(200) is rotatively connected to a first body. The other end of the first link member is rotatively connected to a second body. One end of the second link member(300) is movably and rotatively connected to the first body. The other end of the second link member is rotatively connected to the second body. One end of a connection link member is rotatively connected to the first link member.
