PURPOSE: An air vent for a vehicle is provided to make the attractive shape of a dashboard by inserting an air vent inside a dashboard. CONSTITUTION: An air vent for a vehicle comprises a bottom air vent(10), a switch(20), a controller(30), a motor(40), a gear(50), a top air vent(60), a rack(70) and a guide(80). The bottom air vent is a square box-shape. The switch is installed outside the bottom air vent. The controller is installed outside of the right bottom of the bottom air vent. The motor is installed outside of the middle of the bottom air bent. The gear is connected with the motor in the right inside of the bottom air vent. The top air vent is installed inside the bottom air vent. The rack is engaged with the gear in the tope air vent. The guide fixes the rack inside the bottom air vent.
