PURPOSE: A test socket is provided to constantly maintain impedance by coaxially positioning a probe in the inside of a coupling hole of the socket. CONSTITUTION: An insulation member(140) is arranged between a top conductive body(110) and a bottom conductive body(130). A plurality of probes(210,220,230) include a top plunger, a bottom plunger, and a barrel. A top separation preventing unit(300) prevents the top plunger from upwardly being separated. A bottom separation preventing unit(400) prevents the bottom plunger from downwardly being separated. |
