PURPOSE: A method and a system for confirming a real name through face-to-face communication in an internet primary bank are provided to perform a new transaction by certifying the real name of a user through a screen face-to-face while transacting an internet primary bank. CONSTITUTION: A user authentication unit(10) transmits a fingerprint image and a transaction requirement data of a transaction applicant. A manager confirmation unit(20) checks a real name by receiving the fingerprint image and transaction application data. A bank operation unit(30) processes a transaction authentication by verifying the fingerprint image.
